I found the Annex Lodge & Spa to be quite disappointing overall. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the room I stayed in was small and uncomfortable, with issues like an unreliable shower and basic amenities missing. The location was decent, but the lack of upkeep made it hard to feel at ease during my stay.
